NWS forcast hy for 11/2/09 - 64. Actual hy at muy location - 51. That's pretty close.

I'll take the bait! California, typically. But not always. As anyone should know, the government can't control the weather. There are a lot of things that can happen. I'm optimistic for average to above average precipitation at Mount Ashland and, moreso, toward above normal at Mount Shasta.
