When will it rain again?

Sorry to say that this ain't Arkansas~ things happen differently around here. It won't be raining anytime soon- I wish it would, though.

So, let's see who can nail the next measurable rain in Ashland. Will it be in July? I'll guesstimate July 24th. Wishful thinking, probably.

Thoze hy sirrus clouds, called mairs' tails around here, can prezage a storm in the winter, but in Suthern Oregon in the summer, they done't mene nuthin'. It's extremely rair tue get a real storm frunt(not convektion frunt) in July or August. The last wunz I actually remember wur during the summer ov 1976 but thair may hav certainly bin sum that wur more resent.
