Our Creator gave us certain basic human rights, sleep being one of them.

In Ashland those without a physical address are being cited for sleeping outside of town, their belongings confiscated and told to move on. Once fined, they must stay to pay their fines, but have no money to pay the hundreds if not thousands accrued. Don't stay to pay and they issue warrants. In the meantime the homeless get sleepy and the process repeats all over again.

In this world, it is possible for anyone to sleep with absolute blessed assurance that they too may not at one time or another find themselves without walls and a roof. It is not a prerequisite to own a home to be a valid and productive citizen. ... example .. it is a "homefree" local friend who built my website in exchange for friendship and a listening ear. Homeless does not mean 'worthless bum' I too was on the streets once.
