At a look-out point, Oregon

We were on our way to see some beautiful Falls and upon a hill was a very impressive domed building, old and lovely. The docent there told us that it was originally built to use as a bathroom for travelers and people who worked in that area. I'll try to find a picture of it and put up a post.
