I and others, want to base the law on best practices for the animals and in support of sustainable urban farming. We are trying to get A LOT of people at the City Council meeting to force them to take it to study session and write a more reasonable rule. I have can send you my file on the changes and what is more reasonable. I don't know how to attach it here!
