Tomorrow might be a better first day of the rest of your life

Day before yesterday was a horrendous day. Then, on the way home at last, after working all the beautiful day away indoors with a squeaky wheel and finally done as dark approached, there was that church sign by the side of the road:
"Today is the first day of the rest of your life."
Think I better drive past that sign again today and read it all over again ...For a "fresh start"
