Tai Chi/QiGong is the Bio-Science of Change, Balance and Movement, and the highest level of equilibrium training available. Health and Wellness can be understood as a state of flux that must move with changes or adjust, to maintain balance on-going. Tai Chi and QiGong allow a practitioner to learn how to regulate and maintain the internal systems, harmonize mental/emotional swings and re-balance the physical body. Past traumas, injuries and imbalances at any stage of limitation, are subject to infinite levels of improvement as these practices are taught from the perspective of how to bring balance to the many aspects of our lives. The concept of centered-ness / equilibrium is founded in the principles of: Connection, Alignment, Groundedness & Calm /Clarity.
One can maintain stability in life’s daily challenges when we have a working relationship with these human qualities. Equilibrium and the other principles related to centeredness are the magic in Relationships, Management and Leadership.
Michael Vasquez has been a practitioner of the Internal Healing Arts since the age of 16. He began his formal training with the Martial practices, studying/instructing for the Kido Institute, Internal Arts Institute, Taoist Studies Society and later as the Senior Instructor for the Internal Lineage Tradition. The formal teachings emphasized the Life Style Change Arts of Traditional Chinese Medicine; how to work the changes, movements, balance of daily living, the 10 year cycles, social relations and our connection and effect of action, thought and word with consideration to all of life.
